City’s Mobile Office coming to Atlantis, Nyanga and Heideveld

31 August 2023

Next week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Atlantis, Nyanga and Heideveld. The intention is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities, such as housing and subcouncil offices or Free Call lines. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

The details are as follows:

  • Wednesday, 6 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Wesfleur Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Wesfleur Atlantis
  • Thursday, 7 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Millers Camp Community Hall, 1874 Siphika Street, Nyanga
  • Friday, 8 September 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Cathkin Community Centre, 167 Heideveld Road, Heideveld

The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

'Next week, our mobile office team aims to resolve long outstanding service queries for Atlantis, Nyanga and Heideveld residents. Should residents wish to make use of the services on offer, we ask that they remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
